If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before shipping or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.

5. Payments

We offer secure and encrypted payment gateways. Payment must be cleared in full before we package and ship your order. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card, debit card, or other payment account utilized to complete your transaction on our site.

6. Shipping

Product deliveries are conducted in accordance with our standard Shipping & Delivery Policy. We ship strictly to domestic addresses within the United States. While we endeavor to meet our estimated delivery window of 3 to 7 business days (consisting of 1 business day handling and 2 to 6 business days transit), Shirtcount cannot be held liable for unexpected shipping delays resulting from carrier disruptions, inclement weather, or peak seasonal volumes.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

8. Intellectual Property
